This kind of punishment has me conflicted.
If someone is a thief , most people would not accept this kind of penalty. But if its a rapist, then you have to think about it.
I wonder if the percentages of rapes would go down if they instituted a "lop it off" policy here in the USA.
I bet just the number of people having consensual sex would go down. You would really have to trust your partner if that was a possible punishment.

Good point. Why don't Iranians treat rapist to this same brand of justice? Unfortunately, they kill the girl for 'shaming' the family and the rapist gets to keep his p*nis.
It would pretty much wrap up that whole "repeat offender" thing.
