they aren't trying to, they are doing it, and their hands are green with OUR dollars we send them through fortune 100 companies every month.

I don't think they are communist in anything but name anymore, they are simply despots.

This is great news. China is developing a fungible asset in an economically iffy part of the world? They take all the risks and end up increasing the oil supply? What's not to like?
