We are working very hard to put together a wonderful, patriotic, pro-American rally to honor our troops and support their missions in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Please, help us ensure that we have a GIANT pro-troop crowd this Friday, March 3rd in Balboa Park in San Diego from 4:00 - 6:30 PM.
We'll be gathering at the corner of Presidents Way and Park Boulevard across from the Veterans Memorial Center Museum.
Tell your friends about this. Bring family members with you.
We need a strong contingent of people from Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino and Riverside Counties to make the trip!
I'll be coming down from San Francisco, and cannot wait to meet with all of you!

Cindy Sheehan is going to San Diego over the weekend to insult our military at the bases in San Diego.
So it is important that people show up for the pro-troops rally on Friday so the media doesn't make it out to be a "military town going anti-war" story.
Yoo-Hoo! Pinging ya'll for a huge show of support for the troops! Let's show 'em that this is a military town and nobody messes with our military!

THIS FRIDAY, March 3 -- The UCSD Republicans have invited the San Diego Protest Wariors and FReepers to join them in a "support the troops" rally on the occasion of Cindy Sheehan's visit to campus. The UCSD Dems are planning an anti-war protest. The event will start around 12 noon, so start working on your boss now for that half day. Precise time and location TBA. THIS SUNDAY, March 5 -- CodePink returns to "their corner" across from the Naval Hospital. As usual, we'll be there to greet them (if they actually bother to show this month). Meet at the corner of Park Blvd. and President's Way at 12:30pm. This usually lasts about two hours. SATURDAY, March 18 -- The third anniversary of Iraqi Freedom will be marked by a gathering of moonbats in Balboa Park. THIS IS THE BIG ONE, DON'T MISS IT! We will meet at 12:30pm near the corner of Sixth Ave. and Laurel St. on the West side of the park. Bring lots of friends, and American flags. The bigger the better (the flags, I mean). More to follow as our plans develop...
I understand about work. March 18th is a big one as well. Trying to give enough notice so we have a big turnout for it. Hope to see you then.
