I don't know what an article describing a plot in 1995 has to do with President Bush, but whatever floats your boat. Can he please close the border today which falls under his Constitutional duty as President?
I forgot the sarcasm tag. I do not think the 'rats want anyone thinking too much about Bojinka, or the first WTC bombing for that matter. It makes our defense efforts in the 90's look like we were whistling past the graveyard or sleeping at the switch. (or wasting time with interns)
