Kill the Christians
World Net Daily ^ | September 13, 2006 | JOSEPH FARAH

Posted on 09/13/2006 3:09:58 PM PDT by kellynla

It's been a while since the Romans made sport of feeding Christians to the lions, but there's a terrible new Colosseum-style feeding frenzy emerging – a new bloodlust for eliminating the plague of uppity Christians right here in the U.S.

You think I'm exaggerating?

Take a look at what Mel Seesholtz, a Ph.D. and professor of English at Pennsylvania State University, offered up yesterday in the Online Journal, a website that boasts of being established in 1998 "to provide uncensored and accurate news, analysis and commentary."

Seesholtz has his panties in a bunch over opposition by Christians in California to what is euphemistically called there "the Bias Free Curriculum Act."

He holds out for scorn the Capitol Resource Institute, a Christian pro-family lobby in Sacramento, James Dobson's Focus on the Family and me.

It sure looks like many problems in our society are deeply rooted on the college campus and the public payroll.

I read the article, which does not support the title, and then noticed that it was from Joe Isuzu Farah.

Why not just close all the liberal arts colleges? What good are they doing anyway?

My theory is that the draft dodgers of the 60s stayed in school as long as possible to avoid going to Viet Nam, came out with PhDs, and went straight into academia.

Many universities serve the country (and economy) by concentrating liberals
in small pockets where they can be easily watched and kept on sufficient
psychotropics.

If some of these folks were allowed to actually be on the loose, they might
be truly dangerous. Better to keep them in their echo chamber and
keep them contented with tenure and small step raises.

At least it keep a bunch of the libidiots in identifiable places. :-) Other places are the media.

Pretty much. Students know which ones are full of crap anyway. The one one or two lib profs I had in college were clearly the products of heavy drug usage in the 60's. It was a running joke outside of class.

There's nothing wrong with the liberal arts. There's everything wrong with liberals. There is a big difference there.

I offer as proof the following VERY GOOD liberal arts colleges: Ave Maria University (in Florida), Thomas Aquinas College (in California) and Christendom College (in Front Royal, Virginia). Those are just three good Catholic liberal arts colleges.

Hillsdale is also very good.

There are others out there too.

Seesholtz was a bum in the 1980's already.

You have to read the article to see the reference to education.

Then you must have missed the last line:

A very wise woman recently asked me “Who will rid us of the evil lunatics?”

We will. We must. Public education and a civil, civilized society depend upon it.

Says what it says...means what it means...

Everyday it is more evident: Satan is beefing up his hateful henchmen in the schools, universities, the media, the judicial - anywhere and everywhere he is increasing the intensity of his evil persuasian, and it is spreading like a late term cancer among the sheeple. Rather than confessing their sin, changing their wicked ways, they choose to give audience to Satan's luring tune.
All the while our loving, patient and rejected God weeps as He begins to withdraw His protection from America. And so, in His will, we continue to pray for the salvation of the lost.
Sorry, but this is the way I see it today.
