Governor Schwarzenegger has signed into the law the highly controversial SB 777 (Kuehl) that will permit transgender students to enter the locker rooms and restrooms of the gender with which they identify.
Under the guise of preventing discrimination and bias against homosexuals, transgenders and other sexual variants, SB 777 will force innocent school children to accept alternative lifestyles.
"We are shocked and appalled that the governor has blatantly attacked traditional family values in California," stated Karen England, Executive Director of Capitol Resource Institute. "With this decision, Governor Schwarzenegger has told parents that their values are irrelevant. Many parents will have no choice but to pull their children out of the public schools that have now become sexualized indoctrination centers."
"SB 777 will result in reverse discrimination against students with religious and traditional family values," stated Meredith Turney, Legislative Liaison for Capitol Resource Institute. "These students have lost their voice as the direct result of Governor Schwarzenegger's unbelievable decision. The terms 'mom and dad' or 'husband and wife' could promote discrimination against homosexuals if a same-sex couple is not also featured," continued Turney. " Parents want the assurance that when their children go to school they will learn the fundamentals of reading, writing and arithmetic-not social indoctrination regarding alternative sexual lifestyles. Now that SB 777 is law, schools will in fact become indoctrination centers for sexual experimentation."
"We had hoped that the governor would once again veto this outrageous legislation but he obviously decided to side with the out-of-touch extremists that control the legislature. This law does not reflect the true values of the average Californian," stated England. "True leadership means standing up for what is true and right. Governor Schwarzenegger has shown no such leadership on an issue that is vital to the future of our state. Instead, he has bowed to the pressure of the powerful homosexual lobby."
"School boys have always made excuses to get into girls locker rooms--now they won't need any because it will be a state-sanctioned policy," stated England.

So a perv(other than a transgender freak) can dress up like a woman and oggle them to his hearts content? I wonder, if the governator can be sued if a woman was raped in the dressing room?
And Rudy and Mitt are just like him. Somebody can easily run to the right during an election, but they'll return to their past as soon as the pressure is on. WAKE UP AMERICA!
Do locker rooms include bathrooms? Is there a dress code for entering the women’s bathroom? How does one prove that transgenderhood? If a transgendered just walks into a crowded women’s restroom, I see some very unhappy women. Women alone with a transgender in a restroom will feel very uncomfortable. I suppose that feelings do not count when a conservative’s ox is gored.
There’s one big toilet and they make you all go at the same time.
I’ve shared locker rooms with lesbians and there were never any problems. A transsexual - sorry, haven’t seen one that didn’t creep me out. They aren’t women.
I suppose to Arnie and the lefties I’m just like an old-fashioned white segregationist who was repulsed at sharing facilities with blacks.
Okay, to throw a real hypothetical out there (since we’re dealing with people we already know to be disturbed), I ask you:
What is going to happen when the first transgendered lesbian makes a pass at a gal in the lockerroom?

That happened to me years ago in a biker bar. I tend to look under the stall doors to see if there are feet so I know the bathroom is in use. Well these feet were pointing the wrong way. I waited & asked IT why IT didn’t use the men’s room if IT had the nerve to be dressed as a woman. It said IT would be beat up if IT did. Later on It came on to a biker I knew & IT did get beat up rather badly.
Why couldn’t all these Califormorons come up with a bill funding research into trasgenderism instead, so that a cure could be found, and these poor people could become one with their sex, as it were.
