I say screw you China, India, you are the worlds worst polluters, we do enough by buying your crap. When you expand your economy, do it in a CLEAN way, or else we will put tariffs on your dirty- made by polluting- garbage products.

We (India) are not even close to China and the US in our emissions. I suggest you take that comment to the Chinese instead, and besides, we are not selling crap like the Chinese are.
Besides, for all that you know, we are doing you a favor in not letting this resolution pass...the resolution is a more screwed up version of the Kyoto Protocol.
