I looked up stats at schools-data.com for a Chicago HS, which was the topic of a thread earlier today. Here's a comparison of that Chicago school with the one on this thread. Note the cost per pupil for each:

There you go again with those "fact" things. Try not to use them in the future, 'kay? But more specifically, it is areas of large liberal cities that contain large populations of blacks or illegal aliens.
