As we move toward the general election, the Democratic Party has to be the Party of ordinary Americans, not Washington lobbyists and special interests. We've unilaterally agreed to shut lobbyists out of the process, and are we're relying on people just like you. We have a chance to change the way business is done in this country, and we're taking the lead. Will you join us and make a contribution right now to help us elect Barack Obama?

Dean is at it again. He just mailed this announcement to everyone on the DNC mailing list. Of course, George Soros and his ill-gotten gains, is not a lobbyist under Howard Dean and the DNC's interpretation.

Oh. I thought they might be supporting a right-to-life amendment, Fighting illegal immigration, supporting the troops, etc, etc, etc.
Sigh.

BullShirt! The Friends of New Orleans are supposedly funding the one and only party at the convention. What does Denver have to do with New Orleans??? THEY'RE LOBBYING FOR INFLUENCE. This is a blatant violation of Dean's new policy and pro'ly FoN's charity status too.

It's a partly firmly built upon lobbyists and special interests. Ah, but arch-good ol' boy Howard Dean isn't having any of that, is he? He's a man of the people--in the sense that George Soros, the Sierra Club, La Raza, GLAAD, and the like are "people."
You tell 'em, H'ard!
To: Vigilanteman
Cool. This can be fodder for a weekly column on violations to the Dean Policy for Special Interests.

You see, the NEA, trial lawyers, and the AFL-CIO aren’t represented by “lobbyists”, their people are just “advocates”.

Does it mean The DNC/Obama are going to stop taking vast amounts of cash from convicted felon and the world's # 1 America-hater George Soros too?

But this comes only after Obama has raised money from millionaires like the ones at the private fund-raisers in San Francisco. Leftist hypocrisy strikes again.

Make it retroactive to Obama’s ‘04 Senatorial Campaign and give all the money back to the lobbyist that have already contributed.
