As one of the soldiers in the ceremony, I can say we did like the speech but when she said hooyeah at the end what you may not have seen was about half the guys in formation trying not to laugh or snicker. While we like the spirit behind it that Hoah came out like a cross between the Marine Hoo-Raa and some thing the navy would make up. But it was a great speech, laughter not withstanding. :)
