This is a direct reflection of the HATRED FOR THE MILITARY that Obama has for our troops who fight and die to protect anti-Americans like him and his dispicible ilk.

Be proud lib voters — this is what you have done to America.

So very angry at this. He is messing with the best of the best. Maybe those of us who are organizing with Glenn Beck can think of a way to bombard the White House with notice we will never stand for this.

I hope the government can handle the Workers Comp lawsuits that would come their way if they drop covering war and service-related injuries....

My dislike for Fearless Leader has turned into hatred. Doesn’t that idiot realize that all too many of our best and bravest (I was one once) are either teen-agers or just out of their teens. Most of these young people had NEVER had their own insurance, being part of their families policies.
When wounded and suffering from SERVICE CONNECTED HEALTH PROBLEMS, upon applying for insurance on their own, they could be denied coverage for PRIOR EXISTING CONDITIONS by private insurance companies.
This is the most egregious BETRAYAL of America’s service veterans that I have ever heard of.

Any savings that Zero thinks can be created by this knife-in-the-back tactic of shifting the cost of treating soldiers to private insurance carriers will be swamped by the bureaucracy created to implement it.

“Army general who should know better. He told a Senate committee that the plan was “a consideration,” and that “the VA’s proposed budget for next year included it” as a way to increase revenue. But “a final decision hasn’t been made yet.”

Proving that there is some unknown number of quislings, enablers and useful idiots amongst the flag staff.

I don't have a problem with military personnel being treated at hospitals closer to home, or by civilian doctors. It makes much more sense to me than maintaining expensive Veterans Hospitals, to which it can be a real hardship for some vets to travel.

But there does need to be a certain category for military who are injured in combat situations, so that their care can be completed, without damaging the overall structure of their family's medical needs.
