Presumably it has to pass the full Senate AFTER another committee vote, then pass the House.
If that skunk got cap and trade through the House and this thing passes the full Senate, that lying dirtbag imposter will get BOTH bills approved.

Duh. Most companies spend >$5,000 per employee on health insurance (and some spend a lot more than that). Now they have the option of dropping that and paying a $750 fee.
And 0bama says we can keep those policies if we want? In a pig's eye.
