Watch after the second robber flees after his friend is shot, notice Jerome casually walk back behind the counter, pulls out another gun and then walks back to execute the man. Jerome killing this man was unnecessary and this is why he was convicted of first degree murder.
Seems to me a few people here are no better than this thug, all the man had to do was stand behind the counter and if the boy got up shoot him and he would have had a slim defense. But no he wanted to commit murder. End of case, hard time on the way.
First you claimed that the robber was unconscious. The video doesn’t show whether he was conscious or not. Tell, me something. Would you have convicted Bernie Goetz?
i remember a similar incident where two person tried to rob an internet cafe and the security guard chased the robbers and shot one behind the back. Will the guard get charged for murder because it was no longer self defence, but a chase to stop robber from getting away?
