Well, if they are this unhappy I think I will brighten up my day with a little schadenfreude and take a look at what the KOS commies are crying about. It can actually be kinda fun watching them cry and moan. Maybe they’ll throw Hussein overboard completely and start pushing for a primary challenge against him!

No, Obama got almost nothing of what he wants.
NO tax hikes, cuts equal to debt hike, a 2-tier process as opposed to the one he wanted, AND Medicare on the table. On top of that, Obama's poll numbers have been degraded during the process because everyone knows he was leading from behind.

Let’s see here: Lefties whine and threaten to block the plan... and finally get some more concessions from McConnell.
Then desperate Boehner panics, and goes along with new concessions and tells his boys and girls to get their a$$es in line again, and vote for it.
Then it passes, and we are told, “Well, this is the best deal we could get.”
That about right?
It is completely fair to say conservatives hate whatever compromise is passed. It will not be good legislation in conservative terms.
But it is not realistic to say the left is happy with the deal. Remember what they wanted: a clean debt ceiling increase with no accountability, tax increase on evil rich, another stimulus package and no spending cuts. Plus no exposure to a BBA.
what immediate cuts r in budgets? please tell us... when acounting cuts did they assume the bush tax cuts would expire?

The left has been upset for some time over the Won and these last 2 weeks have been icing on the cake as he dropped his "must have" items one by one.
The real icing is when he started talking about cuts to Medicare. Now they are going to be part of the trigger which Obama agrees to? Oh, my. He's going to have a real hard time winning back the moonbat support. Look for increased talk from the WH in favor of gay marriage. It's the only thing he has left.

The fact that the overall cuts are greater than the hike is something Hussein fought tooth and nail and his base knows it.
It’s impossible to say one way or the other if the emerging “deal” will be good for anyone or not, at least until we learn the details.
There’s mention of closing “loopholes”... which could be anything... like the killing of the mortgage intrest credit.
Regardless.. Obama and his loyal media will spin this as his victory, and that he made unprecidented progress toward a balanced budget, averted yet another economic disaster, blah...blah.
Exactly - but IMO, they have to throw in the BBA to seal the deal. The commies will figure out a way to demonize it at the state level - especially if they win the WH in 2012
