How about death penalty for virus writers?

Also - a great reward program for virus FINDERS

You gotta give them an incentive to still find these holes, but no incentive to USE them

- That law (RICO) is used to prosecute organized crime

They don’t seem to be doing a very good job of prosecuting the current WH administration.

Starting with the son of the Tennessee Democrat who hacked Palin’s accounts? Perhaps a year in a luxury camp is not punishment enough?

Government-sponsored, or government-friendly hacking will of course be exempt.
