I actually got to trap and cat off the Stennis in 2000 as an Air Force passenger in a C2.

The most incredible experience of my Air Force career was with the Navy.

Go figure...

I have the world of respect for my Navy brothers and sisters.

Dittos. I was stationed in the Azores 85-88 and I was the weather briefer for the P-3 sub hunters who were there at the time.

Most fun I ever had until I went to work with TR-1 crews in England.

Went back to Lajes in the mid 90s, the Navy had left by then and the “vibe” just wasn’t the same.
