WaPo/ABC ends sample transparency in national polling

... the poll series has dropped its reporting of partisan identification within their samples. It’s the second time that the poll has not included the D/R/I split in its sample report, and now it looks as though this will be policy from this point forward. Since this is a poll series that has handed double-digit partisan advantages to Democrats in the past (for instance, this poll from April 2011 where the sample only had 22% Republicans), it’s not enough to just hear “trust us” on sample integrity from the Washington Post or ABC.

Herr Fuehrer apparently doesn’t like for us to see the unbalanced scales.

Looks like the plan will be to attempt to demoralize the electorate so they don’t vote to keep Obama in office.

Shame that they are hiding the internals now.

Unfortunately, ABC/Wapo has Hussein at 50% approval. As of today, so does Rasmussen - 50% WITH a likely voter screen.

The economy is improving somewhat. The Republicans didn’t field a stellar cast of candidates. Women like Obama for some reason. There is a very good chance Hussein is going to win re-election.

Another pretense bites the dust.

The power elite can’t afford to tell the truth in any way, shape, or form.

The poll is a laugher! The funniest part is: 37% of registered voters never heard about or read about Obama’s State of the Union Address

see question #3

This is an example of why our Republic is finished.

The economy is not improving... by all measures it is worsening... but the lies they tell convince gullible people of what they want to believe. I say this because I KNOW that it is the truth... and this is why nothing we do will change the fact that our once great Republic is doomed. Too many Americans do not want the real America... they believe in the European model... even as that system falls apart from the progressive rot of socialism.

The BLS can post all the unemployment statistics that they want, but I have lived through enough business cycles that I know the signs of an improving economy. If we were in a true recovery, you would see construction cranes. You would see wages going up. You would see less people on food stamps. You would see business expansions, less vacant retail and office space, more discretionary spending on vacations, gifts, sports cars, etc. This is the gloomiest ‘recovery’ I can remember in my 51 years.

I am 57 years old... I have been a successful business man for 39 years... and we are all dying out here. I recently drove from the Coast to Jackson, Mississippi and back. All that one could see in downtown Jackson were empty business buildings. All along the State Highway were closed motels, businesses and restaurants... and foreclosure signs everywhere... announcing the coming auction for the properties. The major corporation I deal with is having dealers disappear without paying their bills... just closing and disappearing... this is America today.
