The Israelis took women out of combat positions. The great socialist egalitarian experiment didn’t work, and because wrecking your military with women in positions that they don’t handle well would have profoundly negative consequences for Israel, they decided to chose survival over making the feminazis happy. We, on the other hand, are evidently committed to indulging feminist fantasies at the cost of weakening our military.

Having women soldiers fight is very different than using civilian women and children as shields.

For myself I think women ought to be able to fight BUT ONLY when the women in question need no extra accommodation or relaxing of standards of strength and ability. Especially no hiring quotas. For example if a woman wants to be in the infantry, she must meet the same PT requirements as the men are required to. Must be comfortable taking a piss without a toilet right in front of the other soldiers. And must be able to keep herself from getting sexually entangled with her fellow soldiers. Now I suspect very few women meet that criteria...but those that do should be allowed to serve in then infantry if they really want to.

Israel is surrounded by enemies that daily seek to destroy the Country and every one in it. The are constantly under attack in and around there homes. Given the situation even their children are in combat...........

No, they don't. They stopped doing it in 1950 after they found out that their Arab enemies wounded and tortured their women soldiers to draw out the men soldiers who felt the overwhelming urge to run out into an open-fire zone to rescue the women. Look it up!

That's completely incorrect!
The Israelis put women in front line units for a brief period if time during the 1948 war for independence. It was done because of an acute manpower shortage. They do give women in their military fairly complete combat training. Primarily because with terrorism the need for good combat reaction is needed every where.

True, the Israelis do. Maybe we could find out how they handle it, but we already have women in combat. I was in the Army at a time when women weren’t supposed to be, but then the rear can become the front in short order, which is why were trained with weapons.
