“Unless every last person in her little book is prosecuted for the SAME CRIME, let her go.”

I more or less agree with you with respect to a straight-forward prostitution charge. The high-powered johns routinely get off (no pun intended) and the woman who serviced them goes to jail.

However, allegations also have been swirling concerning underage girls, police corruption, money laundering and tax evasion none of which should be ignored if substantiated.

The accused madam is more than free to cooperate with authorities if she believes others also should be held accountable, and if prosecutors choose to ignore the johns based upon her statements then perhaps she could raise an equal protection defense.

unfortunately the main goal of the prosecutor and judge in cases like this is to shield their masters from any and all embarassment by locking up the accomplice’s and co-conspirators to guarantee their silence. Any help offered to find her co-conspirators accountable will be laughed at by all. They are after all The Ruling Class.
