“He should have been executed, but the fact that he was not does not negate the Constitution.

Solitary confinement with zero human contact is Cruel and Unusual punishment. You’re either for the Constitution or you’re not.”

Please point out the exact location in the Constitution, where it says that.

I’ve always thought that eye for an eye is appropriate, and neither cruel or unusual. If one is willing to commit atrocities against another human, or group of humans, how can it be cruel or unusual? They were cruel first, and it’s not unusual because the perp did it first.

It would give a variety of ways to end his solitary confinement, too. Many in the WTC burned to death, many jumped to death, and many were smashed in the collapse. Pick one.

8th Amendment: “Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.”
