Holder you are twisted

they don’t target minorities, they target bad behavior

if the minorities are the ones doing the dirt, they will be the ones paying the price

people are fed up with putting up with crap from people jsut because of their skin color

The American people voted for Obama...they knew or should have known that he would appoint people that subscribed to the ultra-leftwing beliefs. And so, this is no surprise. I didn’t vote for any of this!

“Spare the rod, spoil the child” was a cautionary warning that the white majority in flyover country obeyed, with “Reading, ‘riting and ‘rithmetic, taught to the tune of a hickory stick” the prevailing method of assuring the natural tendencies of the young to rebel were overcome.

Yet for some reason, this method of introducing the more recent generations of “the young” to a degree of civilized behavior has been abandoned, with what the forefathers would have thought to be a reckless and foolish course of action. Trying to “understand” children without using discipline as necessary is an exercise in futility, as very quickly, they learn how to game the system.

The result is a bunch of feral children, disrespectful and even arrogant in their ignorance, challenging all authority, rightly or wrongly, but the challenge is based in physical terms, never on any intellectual grounds.

Around here white Americans are the minority. Does he mean them? Because they sure get pushed around and shunned, taken advantage of and by people that won’t speak English. That includes middle school kids as well as everyone

people like holder, obama, sharpton, jackson all prove what lincoln once said about the two ethnic groups living together on this continent...it won’t work.

This school of thought is consistent with the malignant principle of “de facto discrimination” on which liberals have supped for the last 30 or more years. If the percentages aren’t the same as the percentages in the population then there must be discrimination. Conservatives say, “If you did the crime do the time”. Or hire blind teachers.

The prevalence of zero tolerance policies is from previous accusations of racism. You have to give a student who brings a steak knife with lunch the same penalty as someone who pulls a switchblade in class to avoid any accusations of disparate treatment. Now Holder is demanding disparate treatment if "favor" of minorities. And I say "favor" because not punishing and removing the troublemakers is damaging the education of the rest of the students, thus dragging down even those who still want to learn.

“Ordinary troublemaking”

What criminal acts does Holder consider ‘ordinary troublemaking’? The Knockout Game? And if a white kid behaved the way some minority kids act, would Holder be there defending him/her? Of course not. This country has been paralyzed by the ‘racist’ epithet and will buckle under in it's face. That is the reason our schools, malls, etc, have become battlegrounds for feral youths and decent people. And we have an AG who ignores the criminal activity.

Why is it all I see on the news about school zero-tolerance suspensions are 5-7 yr olds making guns out of fingers, poptarts in shape of a gun, little girl having a plastic knife for her sack lunch sandwich spread etc etc ? None of these examples yet has been showed on the newz as holders poor disadvantaged youts. Last news I saw of one of holders bros was the 14yr old poor boy that killed his match teacher.

Maybe they can set up a crack and heroin dispensary? Private rooms to entertain their ladies. Beer on tap. Skittles, Arizona tea, Xbox gaming rooms would get them to go and stay in school.

(Do I need to say it?)

"Civil rights advocates have long said that a "school-to-prison" pipeline stems from overly zealous school discipline policies targeting black and Hispanic students that bring them out of school and into the court system."

No, the "pipeline" may be the consequence of federal and state education policy, not those described here.

As early as the Year 1886, a courageous man named Zacharias Montgomery wrote a book, documented with actual government statistics to that date, objecting to what he called the "anti-parental" government school system which was being pushed and promoted. He even had a Chapter II entitled "Crime in the Parental and Anti-Parental School States Compared. He wrote the book in defense of his position, because he had been denied by the U. S. Senate a high position in government because of his objection to the "public school" movement promoted by "liberals" of his day (now calling themselves "progressives").

Anyone who speaks out against the Dept. of Education and all of the other multitudinous bureaucracies that control the propagandizing of children today in the name of "educating" them must be willing to be marginalized by the media and politicians, as was the case in 1886 when Montgomery laid out his case.

You will read some of his words below.

With that said, those who love liberty must be willing to come forward to declare that it is better to be remembered for standing on and articulating enduring principles of right versus wrong, liberty versus tyranny, than to be praised by the mainstream media and so-called "progressives."

The book was titled, "Poison Drops in the United States Senate . . . ." Although his treatise dealt primarily with the public school question, the following remarks might be helpful to those who, today, are concerned by what passes for "public education" and may be hesitant to endure the certain questioning of their principles and intent.

Excerpts from Zacharias Montgomery:

"My countrymen, disguise the fact as we may, there is in this country to-day, and in both the political Parties, an element which is ripe for a centralized despotism. There are men and corporations of vast wealth, whose iron grasp spans this whole continent, and who find it more difficult and more expensive to corrupt thirty odd State Legislatures than one Federal Congress. It was said of Nero of old that he wished the Roman people had but one head, so that he might cut it off at a single blow. And so it is with those moneyed kings who would rule this country through bribery, fraud, and intimidation.

"It is easy to see how, with all the powers of government centered at Washington in one Federal head, they could at a single stroke put an end to American liberty.

"But they well understand that before striking this blow the minds of the people must be prepared to receive it. And what surer or safer preparation could possibly be made than is now being made, by indoctrinating the minds of the rising generation with the idea that ours is already a consolidated government ; that the States of the Union have no sovereignty which is not subordinate to the will and pleasure of the Federal head, and that our Constitution is the mere creature of custom, and may therefore be legally altered or abolished by custom.

"Such are a few of the pernicious and poisonous doctrines which ten millions of American children are today drinking in with the very definitions of the words they are compelled to study. And yet the man who dares to utter a word of warning of the approaching danger is stigmatized as an enemy to education and unfit to be men tioned as a candidate for the humblest office.

"Be it so. Viewing this great question as I do, not for all the offices in the gift of the American people would I shrink from an open and candid avowal of my sentiments. If I have learned anything from the reading of history, it is that the man who, in violation of great principles, toils for temporary fame, purchases for himself either total oblivion or eternal infamy, while he who temporarily goes down battling for right principles always deserves, and generally secures, the gratitude of succeeding ages, and will carry with him the sustaining solace of a clean conscience, more precious than all the offices and honors in the gift of man.

"History tells us that Aristides was voted into banishment because he was just. Yet who would not a thousand times rather today be Aristides than be numbered amongst the proudest of his persecutors.

"Socrates, too, in violation of every principle of justice, was con demned to a dungeon and to death. Yet what name is more honored in history than his? And which of his unjust judges would not gladly, hide himself in the utter darkness of oblivion from the with ering scorn and contempt of all mankind ?

"From the noble example of Aristides and of Socrates let American statesmen learn wisdom, and from the undying infamy of their cow ardly time-serving persecutors let political demagogues of today take warning."

So said Zacharias Montgomery in 1886. Read his complete work at HERE.

Anyone who reads his complete volume will realize this man's ability to see the consequences of what his fellow Americans were advocating in the area of education of youth.

In American schools, black students without disabilities were more than three times as likely as whites to be expelled or suspended, according to government civil rights data collection from 2011-2012. Although black students made up 15 percent of students in the data collection, they made up more than a third of students suspended once, 44 percent of those suspended more than once and more than a third of students expelled.

The number of black students expelled or suspended would be MUCH HIGHER if teachers weren't afraid of PC poverty pimps, their local union and the liberal press.

The reason more black teens are suspended and arrested is because they're MORE VIOLENT... and less self disciplined. (not all - but as a percentage).

Ask the black community: What the hell is wrong with the way you're raising your kids?

Black parents need to look at themselves... and answer honestly. And I don't mean give the mealy answers white liberal elites have handed them about being victims. I talking about the truth.

Why do black teens act up and ruin the leaning environment for kids who do want to learn? Why do they pull down the chances for black kids who want to succeed in school?

Are there any responsible people in the black community who can look into this?
