No disrespect to the people of Israel, but I for one, do not believe that theory that Sharon’s death will be the spark that starts world altering events. Were this the case, we would have seen more indications. Sharon has been functionally without life for years now, and the routine border bickering continues, unabated. Israel has lived under a heavy and real threat of destruction for decades. It’s not surprising that they would cling to omens of portent for security and reassurance. I don’t see how they even get through each day, be literally surrounded by muslim countries that despise them.

Unless Ariel Sharon's death causes his spirit - the original spirit that was the long-time champion and defender of Am Yisroel - to jump over to Benjamin Netanyahu. Because, after all, it's going to take a miracle from Hashem to instill BN with wisdom and faith to finally tell the "leader of the free world" and rest of the world and nations to FOAD.

Now *that's* the kind of "Forward!" that makes progress.
