Unfortunately, with leftists in power, the assumption is that any behavioral differences are due to external or environmental or societal influences and not the responsibility of those actually performing the behavior.

That’s a screwed up worldview, but that’s what they believe.

Now, the conclusions reached from this assumption include that others who behave correctly have unfairly favorable circumstances and should pay to change the circumstances of those “less fortunate”.

Ever wonder where that term came from? There it is.

Well there is such as thing as social black racism.

That is something baleful that every black person has the responsibility to say no to. They can embrace a new social tone if they refuse the old social tone.

And the followup conclusions include that if they just had more money from the taxpayers, this could all be leveled out.

"Unfortunately, with leftists in power, the assumption is that any behavioral differences are due to external or environmental or societal influences and not the responsibility of those actually performing the behavior." Then the leftists should heed their own instincts and start addressing this problem of "disproportionate school discipline and educational opportunities" by examining what I feel is the foundation of this issue--which would be the destruction of the black and other minority community's family structure. A meaningful policy change for the liberals would be to stop promoting welfare benefits for single parents, which has resulted in 70% of black babies being born to single mothers. That's just incredible to me. I'm sure issues like this won't be discussed publicly, however. It's more provocative to imply that the data shows how racist and unfair American society is.
