We all know what this was about, sadly 4 good American were sacrificed to keep hillary and others out of the papers.
I don't think so. It is designed to lessen the negative effect and shock value to Hillary. Because being released one at a time with each one reduces the cumulative effect if several were released at the same time. This way , when number two is released, number one is old news and forgotten. Same with three, four, five......
But Hillary is not worried nor concerned. This type stuff has been happening all through her political life. She is still here. Quite a few are not though, Vince Foster, Jim McDougal, their White House chef, Ambassador Stevens, to name a few.
