Actually, a very good idea, but the pace the US Gov't moves at, they will have this plan ready in 2027.

In Vietnam, US special forces would spike ammo found in dumps along the Ho Chi Minh trail, or on enemy KIA's, with exploding rounds. They would also poison rice stores. The Vietnamese didn't trust the Chinese-supplied goods to start with.
