Maybe we should issue him a boat, gas can and matches?

A greatly missed piece of control that should have been part of the original UN Charter would have made the organization subject to an annual audit. As witness to the lack, look at the “Oil_for_Food” UN Program run in the 1990s as part of the international action against Saddam Hussein and his Iraq Government. What a FARCE!

It was far more than a farce. It was a criminal undertaking which supplied Saddam with all the money he needed. France’s Chirac had a car sales deal with Iraq and therefore the French did not support the invasion of Iraq. Illegal commerce was more important and the united Nations was part and parcel of the cover up and palms were greased including the top dog!
