You know the deal with Obama’s SSN, right?
He has a prefix that was reserved for Connecticut, despite the fact that he never lived in Connecticut.
After the right side of the interwebs figured that out and began chattering about it, the Social Security Administration changed the rules on issuing cards. Prefixes no longer are linked to particular states.
Just a sheer coincidence, I’m sure.
