If it were up to me, I would have taken it out with a Hellfire, followed by several fuel-air-vapor bombs on the installation.

“If it were up to me, I would have taken it out with a Hellfire, followed by several fuel-air-vapor bombs on the installation.”

I would have shot it out of the sky and then announced that since we now know our defensive capabilities are sound, we are going to test some offensive capabilities.

Good idea, but too close, too obvious.

Have some excellent Farsi speaker call upon one of the senior IRG missile types and explain to him that either one of two things is going to happen;

Either he and his family will be relocated under assumed identities in the country of their choice, and they will have $10,000,000 in the bank after he slips a few lines of code into the flight computers,

or,

Accidents will happen, and of course, we could never guarantee his safety, nor the safety of is family under such unfortunate and unforeseen circumstances,

and

the same offer is being made to three other men, so resistance is futile.

That’s the easy way.
