President Donald Trump signed executive orders and new legislation this week that repealed much of President Obamas environmental legacy.
Trump eliminated the Clean Power Plan (CPP) as well as rules and regulations from several different federal agencies that had been implemented as part of Obamas environmentalist agenda.
We fully expected the Clean Power Plan to be overturned, but were surprised at the breadth of the Executive Order, Kathleen Sgamma, vice president for government at the Western Energy Alliance, told The Daily Caller News Foundation. It comprehensively clears out some of the regulatory overreach of the Obama Administration that was about greater federal control in the guise of environmental protection.
Repealing those rules requires months if not years of rule-making and the inevitable follow-on litigation before they will be completely gone, Sgamma continued.
Here are seven parts of Obamas environmental legacy Trump turned back.

What? No obama judges overturning the EOs?
They haven't been asked yet. Give 'em time.
One could argue that repealing an EO already made shouldn't be subject to the same level of judicial scrutiny as making a new one, I would think.
I consider PRESIDENT TRUMP a success for just eliminating the OBAMA EOs.
I was thinking the same thing.
Shortly some judge will find it against muslims, women, lgbt, minorities, children, seniors.
Unless the judge senses malevolence on the part of POTUS, of course.
Not bad for a lame duck.
And just the other day some NBC commie called Trump a lame duck.
keep repealing, keep repealing

If implemented, CPP would have cost a staggering $41 billion annually, which equates to about $10.74 a month for each American!
Less than 39 percent of Americans would be willing to spend that level of extra cash to fight global warming, according to a poll.
The Clean Power Plan would have only averted 0.019° Celsius of warming by the year 2100, an amount so small it can’t be detected, according to analysis by the libertarian Cato Institute using models created by the Environmental Protection Agency.
Yea, they will eventually get around to ruling that it is unconstitutional for Congress to overturn one of Obama’s regulations. Note that they will only apply it to Trump. Any regulation of Bush’s that Obama overturned will be olay.
