Such tactics could bring a bomb of any type to the eastern seaboard, Delaware Bay, up the Delaware River, and right into downtown Philadelphia. Who needs an ICBM vehicle?

Wouldn't surprise me for a terrorist group, or leftists (but I repeat myself), to load an improvised dirty bomb into a shipping container and basically mail the bomb to its destination.

Meanwhile the FBI is very busy with the real work of figuring out a crime with which to remove Trump, so please don't bother them with any dirty bomb business. They've got real work to do.

In away, the blessing of the Deep State is that it is so obsessed with destroying Trump it won't even be aware when a containerized nuke is stuffed up its arse like a suppository.
