Yup - and it greatly benefits our economy. This is 100% inflow, and then the multiplier effect magnifies it further.
What’s actually nice is to live in a high end condo building, in Houston, and half of the owners (foreigners) are hardly ever there.
We have friends who do and they say it’s great not having noisy neighbors, the amenities - and like outdoor pool - always have plenty open chairs, parking spaces, etc.
