This is a big problem.... false inflation that will raise everyone’s appraisal and get them treating their homes like ATMs again.
As a 100% disabled veteran I don’t pay property taxes, thank goodness.
Believe me, our inflated appraisal is ridiculous. At one time, exactly 50% of the homes on our street were up for sale because the owners couldn’t afford the property tax. Of course, the property tax bill failed this week in the money grubbing legislature.
