Donald Trump's troubles dealing with the fallout from the racial violence in Charlottesville, Va., may pale by comparison to the grief that is in store for his presidential opponent, Hillary Clinton.
Last week, I reported in "Ed Klein Confidential" that the Justice Department has reopened the investigation of Hillary's mishandling of classified material on her private email system while she was secretary of state, and is considering offering her a plea bargain if she'll agree to plead guilty to charges of breaking the law.
Since then, I've learned that the prosecutors at Justice also are planning to expand their investigation beyond Hillary's emails to include the Clinton Foundation's finances and Hillary's pay to play relationships with foreign businessmen and governments.

Oh, goody. She’ll admit an innocent “mistake” and they’ll agree not to punish her in any way.
Donald Trump was in no way related to the events that occurred in Charlottesville, nor did he break any laws before, during, or after.
I hadn’t seen this article before.
Klein has run this story for a month.
I did hear from PPD pollster Richard Baris that he ALSO has heard of this deal, but so far no responsible news source (including PPD) will run it.
Killary, the heat you get here won’t be anything like the heat of Hell.
Perhaps Hillary has heard of it, too, which would explain her suddenly wanting to preach the Gospel.
The pressure on Hillary and her criminal enterprise needs to be increased. We need to get ALL of them because we will never have another chance to do this again. Convict and PROSECUTE all of them.
He’s the only one who said that Hillary was throwing things the night she lost.
She would need an exorcism before she can be forgiven.

There's more than enough evidence to secure a conviction.
Also, in addition to the classified e-mails, the Clinton Foundation should also be investigated (there are, after all, credible reports of influence-peddling, graft, and corruption there, as well as semi-credible reports of human trafficking) — I also personally suspect that there are links between the Treason that is the Iran Deal and the Clinton Foundation (even politifact acknowledges some involvement here).
many of us seem to believe that the ‘impending’ investigation of hrc will result in her being charged and convicted of a variety of crimes. what is far more likely is that the ‘investigation’ will turn into a whitewash of all her criminal activities.

Raises a good point: anything you ever read about what the Justice Department is WORKING ON but HASN’T DONE YET is a leak. So all the people all over AG Sessions need to realize that the lack of news about him going after swamp critters only means he isn’t leaking.
Who can forget the way the constant leaks from Starr’s office only immunized the American public from outrage over what Clinton was doing... only to have Starr fail to bring up any charges against the President outside of sexual misconduct.
Because of the false hype, no-one noticed that the Governor, federal judges, bank presidents, the entire Arkansas hierarchy was brought down and Clinton was disbarred.
Let me know when Hillary starts to cringe.
Just the mention of Hillary, like the Trump rally in Phoenix last night, automatically triggers the “Lock Her Up!” chant from patriotic citizens.
ITEM---The Australian newspaper the "Herald Sun" ran an October 2016 article entitled, “Why have we donated to Clinton’s foundation?” The paper noted "Former Australian Prime Minister Gillard donated $300 million of our money to the Clinton-affiliated Global Partnership for Education.”
That's one humongous amt of Australian govt money that fell into the hands of the conniving Clintons. The Herald Sun needs to dig deeper---to determine if any of that money took a circuitous route then landed back into the personal coffers of the donors. Could have happened like this:
BACKSTORY When he went to jail, investigators found Ponzi King Bernie Madoff had stashed billions offshore-----into a labyrinth of financial entities.
COLLUSION AND CONSPIRACIES GALORE Some $8.9 billion was funneled to Madoff through a dozen so-called feeder funds based in Europe, the Caribbean and Central America......a labyrinth of hedge funds, management companies and service providers that, to unsuspecting outsiders, seemed to compose a formidable system of checks and balances.
But the purpose of this complex architecture was just the opposite: the feeder funds provided different modes for directing money to Madoff in order to avoid scrutiny.....and taxes.

ITEM---Some observers inside Germany believe the German government has some explaining to do for the Clinton Foundation donation that appears under the heading “Donors and Grantors”. “Why does a German Ministry supports the election campaign of a U.S. presidential candidate?” blogged Vera Lengsfeld — former civil rights activist and German parliamentarian. “It seems German taxpayers unwittingly financed Hillary Clinton’s election campaign.” There is also the question pending: how many German govt ministries gave money to the Clintons?

The news/media/political environment were totally different back then. Today, there are alternative news sources; the MSM is discredited and losing viewers, in part because alternative delivery systems exist; both parties are divided and political anger at betrayals and outright manipulative lies is rampant.
This time, everyone will know. However, the progs will chant:”We don’t care!” They will do so loudly, proudly and as an accompaniment to their faction being further decimated. At the same time, our traitor GOPe will caution that we must not judge, lest....well, you all know.
