Winning or losing an election has NOTHING to do with deciding to prosecute the wrong doer or not, breaking our laws DOES. Remember back when we were a nation of laws........Boy, that was a long time ago. I miss those days.

Nothing is going to happen to the FBI scum because nothing ever happens to criminal Democrats who have media top cover. Given that, it’s better to just make it a political issue and if that helps reelect POTUS it is worth it.

In practical terms, that's what he's saying. No other way to read it. Presidents on the way out get a personal six-month "Purge" and lifetime exception from any prosecution.
