The bad optics are worth considering. Actually, it’s a win if Republicans in Congress grow a pair and go after the Clinton cabal. That can’t be portrayed as vindictiveness by Trump, since most of the GOP on the Hill was never pro-Trump to begin with.
True. But the child sex stuff greatly mitigates the optics. The media can be relied upon to defend any Democrat action aimed at winning the election. Gotta praise 'em for being true competitors who will do anything to win, right??
But as soon as Team Hillary gets tied to child prostitution, that whole game changes. You have to prosecute that. How can you not? At that point, it's bad optics to let the scum get away with it.
Nothing is going to happen to the FBI scum because nothing ever happens to criminal Democrats who have media top cover. Given that, it’s better to just make it a political issue and if that helps reelect POTUS it is worth it.
