Most likely her health prevents it. Like McCain she will stay til carried out. Makes one wonder why when the end is near those in power can’t be statesmen/women and retire to private life. Spend last lucid days with family in the privacy and dignity of home.
They give the impression of dying wolves, even were you to offer help or solace, they would rather try to bite you with their last breath.
It’s public office, not a birthright. To think there are no other citizens capable of filling ones shoes is the height of narcissistic belief. Find a more noble leader and statesman than George Washington, he gave the example of proper deportment for elected officials, term limit oneself lest one be overcome by the false belief in ones inexpendability. We must always pray for our political leaders no matter party or beliefs that the God of all creation will reach down and bless us with Godly servants in positions of authority or guide those that are not into salvation.
