The Temple Institute announced the birth of an entirely red female calf that “brings the promise of reinstating Biblical purity to the world”.
Red heifers feature in end times tales in both Christianity and Judaism.
The cow’s birth and sacrifice is said to proceed the construction of the Third Temple in Jerusalem.
And the Third Temple’s construction – following the destruction of the previous two – heralds the arrival of the Jewish Messiah.
While some Evangelical Christian theologians have linked the building of the Third Temple to Judgement Day.
Rabbi Chain Richman, director of the Temple Institute, hailed the red heifer’s birth as suggestions the time could be right for the Third Temple.

Well, they screwed that one up 2,000 years ago. I’m guessing they messed up this whole red heifer thing as well.
The significance is that the red heifer is only kosher if it is entirely red without any white hairs. If even a single white hair appears then it is not worthy of sacrifice.
If truly a kosher red heifer has been born it is surely a sign the return of Jesus is near!

They have been intentionally breeding this thing for decades....
It is like if the sign of the end times was your underwear bursting into flames would be yahoos who would only be wearing their tighty whities squatting over campfires....
Trying to “FORCE GOD’s HAND” on the end times is going to be a pointless foolish excessive in futility.
The red heifer would be born out of the blue without anyone trying if it is truly a sign. Not forced bred...
But that is my opinion and God only knows the true time.

It’s so laughable. And especially since over in Israel they have actual serious breeding programs, working hard to produce one. Like God wouldn’t notice the heifer came from a Mansanto lab. /s

Possibly, but along those same lines would rebuilding the temple on the mount be forcing God’s hand? Was the reestablishment of Israel forcing God’s hand?
There are still prophecies yet to be fulfilled, but I believe this to be significant, even if only a small part of the greater picture.

Why not? I this a scripture-based opiion? Have you ever seen a male cat with more than two colors in his fur? Has one ever been achieved through "forced breeding"?
(You do realize, don't you, that selective (forced?) breeding has been a customary practice for a thousand years?)

Difference is Muslims invoke the name of Allah over each animal slaughtered. Jews don’t do this.
