The judge should also declare that the entire Mueller investigation is lawless and is disbanded. He should point out that the appointment of Mueller is fatally flawed in MULTIPLE ways - too many conflicts of interest, the appointment was by a conflicted person (Rosenstein) - and such a powerful position requires confirmation by the Senate.

AND - he should declare that every bit of evidence gathered by Mueller’s unethical team must be destroyed and by the ‘Fruit of the Poisoned Tree’ - can’t be used, and all convictions gained by Mueller are reversed.

AND - he should grant the people who were targets of Mueller have a legal right to seek financial recourse from Mueller and his team - to be paid by the people and NOT the government.

This is our last best hope of laying this conspiracy wide open. Let us pray that Judge Emmet Sullivan throws Andrew Weissman into the legal woodchipper, and this entire case with him. He ordered the OSC to produce all exculpatory evidence about 8 months ago. “The dog ate our original 302 statements so we had to create new ones” is not going to cut it.

Of course Rush is correct . . . . However

Ain't gonna happen. And Judge Emmit Sullivan ain't gonna do a damn thing except make noise.

Why do I believe that?

Point 1

DURING the Stevens trial, the judge (Sullivan) refused requests by the defense for a mistrial to be declared, after information was revealed that the prosecution had withheld exculpatory evidence.

It was not till three months AFTER the trial did Sullivan say, Yeah, ya know you are right. So yes, they overturned the case, but not till AFTER the elections.

See Sullivan's Wiki page

Point 2

After 1 year listening to the Louis Lerner IRS scam, U.S District Court Judge Emmet Sullivan today threatened to hold the Commissioner of the Internal Revenue Service and Justice Department attorneys in contempt of court after the IRS failed to produce status reports and newly recovered emails of Lois Lerner, former director of the Exempt Organizations Unit of the IRS, as he had ordered on July 1, 2015.

Louis Lerner Email Scam

3 years later . . . .How did that turn out?

Point 3

Clinton Email

On August 20, 2015, U.S. District Judge Emmet G. Sullivan stated that Hillary Clinton's actions of maintaining a private email server were in direct conflict with U.S. government policy. "We wouldn't be here today if this employee had followed government policy," he said, and ordered the State Department to work with the FBI to determine if any emails on the server during her tenure as Secretary of State could be recovered.

How did that turn out?

Judge Emmit Sullivan has been on the Flynn matter since end of December 2017. He has presided over several postponements of sentencing.

Point 4

Come on folks . . . the pattern is set, the FIX is in. All of this to appease us and keep us settled down thinking one day JUSTICE will be served.

Ain't gonna happen!

Flynn is right———he says he should have been warned about the consequences of lying to the FBI.

Isnt the FBI compelled to tell a subject that lying to the FBI incurs penalties? Kinda like a Miranda warning?
