This thing is a transgender YouTube star looking to supposedly support first amendment rights by filming wherever and whenever they please. Seems like it likes controversy. Any one with any brains would use them if “filming architecture”at a Jewish school and ask first shot grazed its leg. Done to raise its profile no doubt.
What does the photographer Perez look like?
The video shows the guard and shows a bearded man quickly packing something up. An article attached describes a ‘Transgender Woman’ trespassing at the school.
Is this related the same story?
Any photographer should have already cleared their work through the school ahead of time.
However, if the photographer was Trans and dressed in a strange manner, that might produce a less than welcome reception. Not justified, but somewhat understandable considering we are speaking of a children’s schoolgrounds.

Transgender THING is more like it.... neither male nor female.
I’m somewhat familiar with this movement. It’s widespread, with practitioners in many states. They call themselves ‘First Amendment Auditors’. Search for that phrase on YouTube, and you’ll see hundreds of their videos.
Their goal is to exercise their First Amendment rights. They film whatever they can see while on public property. In theory, that’s a very good thing. It’s a free country.
But instead of politely explaining what they are doing, they are usually rude. As in:
Guard: What are you doing with that camera?
Guy: I’m doing whatever I want. Get away from me.
Having said that, the guard in this particular instance was 100% wrong, and should go to jail for it. You don’t shoot someone just for filming a building - any building - from a public place.

Weren’t there a couple of muslim guys who were going around, filming themselve throwing fake bombs at people - all for a good laugh...and didn’t one of them get shot?
I was back in town for a high school reunion in ‘05. A friend and I stopped by the school to take some pictures. I had just mentioned that we probably looked suspicious when the Principle and Vice Principal came walking out and asked WTH we were doing. After we made some quick explanations and apologies the Principal gave us a tour and caught us up on the changes.
This is a rural school and it was about a week before classes started.

Harassing Jewish children at school probably seemed like a safe and easy way to torment someone and get away with it. Low-risk targets.
In the video it looks like a negligent discharge. The is using proper muzzle control (muzzle pointed down), however it looks like his finger is on the trigger.
When the shot goes off, the muzzle is still pointed down.
I did not see the guard raise the muzzle at all from its position almost vertical to the ground.
I think this was a ricochet from a negligent discharge.
With quickly rising anti-antisemitism from the Left, unapologetic attacks on Jews by Congressmen, increased worries of schools shootings, and probably an ‘in your face’ attitude by the cameraman, I’m leaning towards the guards side.
It probably should be thankful it wasn’t shot dead.
