Ask Europe how their new found diversity is strengthening them
Ask China how it feels about it’s diversity,
and it’s lovely education camps

Japan loves diversity. About 1% of their workforce is non-Japanese. I had the honor of being part of that 1% for 14 years. My daughter has the honor of being part of that 1% now.

They have high standards for being part of that 1%, including paying them more.

Currently, Japan's population is shrinking. They are talking about dealing with that by increasing the non Japanese portion of the workforce to maybe up to 3%. But mostly, they are developing robots and other advanced technology because they want their culture to be intact once the population starts growing again in 50 years or so.
