If I recall, she wasn’t actually disbarred. She resigned with disciplinary charges pending. That would mean that no determination was ever made.
Michelle disgusts me, but, the truth matters. She did *something* serious enough to spark an investigation. Most bar complaints are summarily tossed in the trash.
