If you speak slowly and carefully, it's hizbu Allah. But in colloquial rapid speech, the Alif of Allah is subsumed in the nominative suffix -u attached to hizb for hizbullah, which suffix itself might be skipped, to create hizbAllah. So how do you spell it in English? It depends on who is speaking and in what context. But in Arabic, it's all one and the same, to wit: حزب اللاه . The rules of grammar and pronunciation are not fixed, inflexible things in Arabic. They shift like sand dunes in the wind, or alliances between clans.
