Just days after the media was busy blasting President Donald Trump for not implementing a federal lockdown and instead leaving those decisions up to the states, the media is now busy blasting President Trump for stating that he could end all lockdowns before the states decide to. Its nice to see the media rally to defend state rights for once, though unfortunately its in the context of them being total hypocrites.
The states will ultimately decide when to re-open, and most actually do already have at timeline in place that span from April 15th to June 10th. Only six states havent yet given a timeframe for when they plan on lifting restrictions, perhaps because theyd likely be subject to change regardless.
As for those that have set dates, Forbes Magazines Suzanne Rowan Kelleher has the list. Note that all lifting on restrictions will be done on a rolling basis, not at once overnight.

California... never, then? :-(
Thanks!
Probably be a few adjustments.
Baby-Face-Beshear hasn’t even given a date for Kentucky. I guess we are imprisoned forever.
New Jersey?
Course not, with the current Dictator!
Meanwhile in Connecticut, comrade Lamont has clarified that on May 20 they will evaluate if we can reopen, no idea if we actually will. And I can guarantee you that when he does give the all clear to re-open, he will certainly be confused and surprised at all the businesses that do not reopen after being forced close by him since the middle of March.Connecticut is run by a complete moron.
Texas won’t wait. There’s a thriving black market and it’s growing every day.
I got a “bootleg haircut” Monday.
Hell the only thing we didn't do this whole time was go to our favorite seafood joint. Ima go put air in the tires and do donuts in the mall parking lot one last time ...
Same here. My barber is giving private haircuts in his shop by appointment. He has his shades rolled down & wears a mask...surreal days, these.
Could it be any more obvious that Ralph Northam’s date is all about messing with the primary?
I believe Gov Abbot will unleash the beast (Texas) sooner than eom
Oh,yeah. Some of these retailers are starting to be so successful they’re considering abandoning their storefront business. People get very ingenious when their livelihood is threatened.
Forge the Kansas date. They’re already talking about extending the shutdown in the KC area into May.
Governor blackface Northam of Virginia needs to be faced with a sea of torches and pitchforks and told to reopen or listen to his own fat popping on the fire.
I hope some people can actually learn by this, that they should never ever elect a democrat to governor... Or anything else for that matter.
This list is of little value. The real decision of the exact end date will be made based on the most recent data.
The 3 state west coast group and the 7 state northeast group of states will likely select a common date for their group.
You really need to get rid of Northam one way or another anyway. Just like we do here in Cal with Governor ‘Grabbin Nuisance’.
SC at least made the list.
I have 0 faith in the MIA goovenair and will believe it when I see it.
That being said, I hate to think if that dim had won and had been in charge.
