Dauphin County is located in the second tier north of the Maryland border, at the extreme western edge of the purely red zone extending from NJ.

That map is not correct. It shows that Monroe County is now yellow, effective May 22, while Carbon County is still red?

Carbon County should be yellow and Monroe County should be red.
