If you knew anyone taking a cruise soon (which I guess isn’t happening at all now), you probably could have them pick up some in one of the ports at a pharmacy.

Mrs. R2 has been on fentanyl patches for over a decade. They work. But the powers that be are cracking down on fentanyl. She can still get scripts for it. But she has a Mexican doctor on standby if necessary.
We have friends with family in Mexico. It seems that this medicine is no longer available at the border towns. I don’t know about deeper inside Mexico.
