Zinc and lots of broccoli (quercitin) may help.

quinine is an inflammatory and not a zinc ionophore. Not helpful.
Quercetin is a zinc ionophore and bonds itself to the unstable hemoglobin both HCQ and Quercetin are hydroxyl group (base.) When the base bonds to the unstable hemoglobin they can't reproduce they need to be acidic to reproduce. To be clear quercetin and HCQ works in two ways.
Quercetin is found in many types of foods. If you get an oil emulsion it nearly doubles the effectiveness of the Quercetin or HCQ. The only food I know that is both an oil emulsion and has some Quercetin in it is buckwheat. It makes great pancakes. Though you will need more Quercetin in your diet as a preventative.
The key for this to work is Vitamin C. Don't forget the vitamin C(ascorbic Acid.)
