Go to a strip mall doctor and explain to the receptionist what you want, and that you will pay cash for the visit.
Then, pay cash at the pharmacy for your rx.
One of our younger relatives gets severe spring pollen allergies every May and his health plan will not cover this without a halfA$$ed physical, expensive, takes about half a day. He is very healthy and doesn’t need to pay hundreds of $’s of lab tests.
So, he has been seeing this mall doc for over 5 years. He pays cash and is in out of the office in about 5 minutes.
Then, find yourself a conservative MD and not a democrat first, Doc..
Youu can change your PCP with a phone call.
Find a real doctor, ask if he will accept you as a patient and it's done.

If you are that concerned, then what is a hundred bucks to go to another doctor and tell that doctor you only have medicare????
You may have to front the costs yourself, but you can 100 pills for $37, I saw on a phsrma website.
It’s such a cheap drug you might want to consider just paying cash.

unless you went with Medicare “(dis)Advantage” (which is a YUGE mistake), you’re not locked in to anything .. if you ARE in Medicare “(dis)Advantage”,you can dump it in a couple of months and sign up for regular Medicare and get an Plan F or G supplement and a Plan D for drugs ... cost more, but you get more ...
