Fox News continues to alienate its viewers: White House Correspondent Kristin Fisher attacked Rudy Giuliani after Trump’s legal team gave a press conference.

Fox News continues to insult its audience. This time, the insults came from Kristin Fisher, who was speaking from either ignorance or malice when she attacked Rudy Giuliani after Trump’s legal team gave a press conference.

The press conference was the equivalent of an opening argument in a trial. Giuliani, Sidney Powell, and Jenna Ellis each stated one aspect of the upcoming case: Giuliani described on-the-ground voter fraud, Powell described a sophisticated computer system created in Venezuela to steal votes, and Ellis reminded people that this was an opening argument rather than an evidentiary hearing. The evidence, she said, will come.

The conference was essentially a preview of coming attractions. In a trial, first you tell your story, then you prove your story, and then you summarize your story. The legal team is at Phase One.

That didn’t stop Kristin Fisher from proving that she’s a lousy listener and is staggeringly ignorant about how the American legal system works. Following the press conference, Fisher went after Giuliani like a rabid dog:

“Well that was certainly a colorful news conference from Rudy Giuliani but it was light on facts,” Fisher said after the press conference. “So much of what he said was simply not true or has already been thrown out in court, and Giuliani, he opened by making this really bold and baseless claim that a lot of this alleged nationwide voter fraud that he is referring to all came from one centralized place.”

“He called it a nationwide conspiracy. And yet he failed to provide any hard evidence to back up that one specific claim especially when you’re dealing with a claim that really cuts to the core of our democratic process,” she continued.

If Fisher had listened to Ellis, she wouldn’t have whined about the absence of evidence. Ellis could not have made it plainer that the conference was to summarize the case, not to prove it.

Fisher’s accusation that Giuliani lied about fraud (one version for the court, another for the public) again shows her ignorance. There are different types of fraud (i.e., common law versus election fraud). There are also hundreds of moving parts here in different states. What was at issue in Pennsylvania isn’t necessarily relevant to the narrative at the press conference. If Fisher were an actual journalist, she would have asked him what Giuliani meant, rather than branding him as a liar.

Rush played that clip on his show yesterday. Its like she didn’t even listen to the legal team say it was just an opening statement.

Libs are never going to watch Fox News, even with the Young Turks. They’ll just turn it back to CNN after their show. So instead of effectively being the only network presenting evenhanded news and conservative opinion shows, Fox has opted to split the smaller liberal audience nearly a dozen ways.

Maybe they could add “The Mao Tse-Tung Hour”.

(I’m on a “Network” reference binge, this morning)

Several weeks before the election, li’l Kristen was all in against Trump. She was like a rabid dog and the kick off to FOX’s demise for conservatives.

...she attacked Rudy Giuliani after Trump’s legal team gave a press conference.

I'm old enough to remember when it was a reporter's job to report the news, not give their opinion on it.

Then you have Tucker Carlson with his hissyfit.

This is phase one, Folks. We must win the case in the arena of public opinion.

The media and the left are going to try and undermine us, and FOX is at the forefront of this.

O’ Reilly, another beauty, says Trump will never turn this around.

FACT IT, BIDEN CHEATED, AND DID SO BLATANTLY.

I’m sure now, that election fraud has been going on for decades. Hillary Clinton probably tried, but underestimated Trumps appeal.

Then Trump has a massive turnout, and the counting shut down.

WHY WAS THE COUNTING STOPPED? WHO ORDERED THE COUNTING TO STOP? WHY ISN’T ANYONE ASKING THIS QUESTION.

I see that Fox ratings have cratered recently, and have fallen behind liberal MSNBC in some time periods.

At one time, Fox has more audience than all other cable news channels combined. They had staked our territory which was giving the viewers something they couldn’t find on other channels. And it was a winner in the ratings.

What’s up with Fox? It seems that they have bent over backwards to prove that they are liberal, just like the rest of the media are. It seems that they are trying hard to fit in with the rest of the media establishment, to be indistinguishable from other channels.

Is Fox owned by some conglomerate, which doesn’t care about the ratings or revenue of the Fox News Channel as an individual business entity? Is the influence of people like Paul Ryan on the board of directors, changing this network to fit in with other news networks? What’s going on? Why the change in the “business model”?

FOX News and the fake news media, along with the Democrat Party are trying their utmost to legalize this crooked, rigged, 2020 POTUS election. It will not work, ever...the USA will be forever tainted, stained, criminalized and the Democrat Party will be destroyed politically from top to bottom. The American people are not fools. If I were a Democrat, which I am not, I would not be able to sleep at night. The bells and whistles of CIVIL WAR are beginning to ring across this great land...IMHO...Go figure!!!

SAD days ahead for the once great American Republic Nation!!! Only POTUS, Trump and the Supreme Court, following the USA Constitution can save us from Civil War now!!!

I saw that and it was disgusting. Unless she was told to say that by some Producer, she should be fired. If it was a coordinated response okayed by Fox, then it proves that Fox News has some Directors on their Board that need to get fired. The Old man needs to step in and clean out some of his sons and their wives.

Kristin Fisher was raised in Houston, Texas,[1] the daughter of Dr. Anna Lee Fisher and Dr. William Frederick Fisher. Both her parents were astronauts and emergency medical physicians.[4] She graduated with a BA in broadcast journalism[2] from Boston University’s College of Communication.[1]

White privilege? Elitist?
