The apocrypha. Non canonized scripture. Bridges the period from the Old Testament to the New Testament it is not thought to be inerrant or inspired by the Holy Spirit.

The Septuagint was the Scripture in use at the time of Christ, and it included 2 Maccabees.
Maccabees was in all Bibles until 1621.
Using the excuse that it isn’t in the Hebrew canon is nonsense because the Hebrew canon wasn’t established until 130 A.D.
How much of the Hebrew canon written after the Resurrection are you still wed to?
