It seems that one can get a visit from the FBI by just clicking/reading an article on the internet. Chilling.

I once asked the FBI on their official Twitter account if it’s really true they have an X-files department, or something like that
I never heard back from them and have been wondering for a long time now if my Tweet to them was passed around the FBI for laughs.

Not that they don’t have one but that they weren’t going to tell ME about it.

"It seems that one can get a visit from the FBI by just clicking/reading an article on the internet. Chilling."

People who were in Washington, D.C. on January 6th, and were no where near Capitol Hill got visits from the FBI. One guy who had planned to go to the rally, but ended up working at his own business that day, got a visit from the FBI. In order to prove he wasn't in D.C. on January 6th, he showed them video of his working that day. A father and daughter who were in D.C., and listened to President Trump, but left afterwards to get some lunch before heading home, were visited by the FBI. It's become bizzaro world.

Nowadays it seems like you’re guaranteed a visit by the FBI if you visit OUR nation’s capital.
